Welcome! My name is Alex Healy and I’d love for you to get to know a bit about me before you read my blog.

I created this blog at the beginning of 2015 because I decided that I wanted to have a public space to write out my thoughts and receive constructive criticism or confirmation of my understanding.

I was born, and mostly raised, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I spent two years living in the English Channel on a small island, Guernsey, and had the luxury of travelling throughout Europe, including England, Italy, France, Spain, and Switzerland. I have bowled and fenced competitively, and enjoy playing pick-up hockey and basketball.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University (New Brunswick), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa (Ontario).
